Completion Certificate Templates

Templates for customizing the completion certificate.

Firmwater LMS can generate a completion certificate for a user who has successfully completed a course. The certificate includes the following information:

  • Student's first and last name
  • Title of the course completed
  • Continuing education credit earned (if applicable)
  • Date of completion

The position of these elements are fixed but the look of the certificate can be modified by changing the background image used (we can help you do this). The background image can include such things as:

  • Organization name and logos
  • Signature field
  • Signature stamp

Customizing the certificate

  1. Download one of the templates. We have provided them in both Photoshop format (with groups and layers to identify the components) and as PNG image files (any image editing program should be able to handle this format).
  2. Customize the template by adding your branding.
  3. Send us your updated template and we'll apply it to your site.
